SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders will ship via UPS or USPS. Allow 2-6 business days for delivery* Best way of shipping is a value shipping service for the customer. In selecting this shipping method, the most economical carrier will be selected. This is to ensure we can continue to provide low shipping costs.

Additional Shipping Information:

  • Oversized shipments weighing more than 10 lbs. may take up to 5 business days for standard delivery.

  • Dellmonico does not ship outside of the US or its territories, except for APO addresses.

  • All orders sent to a PO box must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

  • All orders sent to a US military base must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

  • All North Carolina orders containing tobacco products are subject to current tobacco laws and taxes, which will automatically be added to your invoice. Remittance of taxes on orders shipped outside of North Carolina is the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • California and Delaware require adult signatures for package delivery.

  • Flammable/hazardous items must be shipped UPS Ground.

  • UPS business days do NOT include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

  • USPS business days do NOT include Sundays or holidays.

  • After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, UPS will return your package to us. All return freight charges will be passed on to the consumer.

  • Dellmonico Premium Cigars does not ship products to South Dakota or Utah.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us. If by chance you are unhappy with your merchandise for any reason, please contact us directly at (615)852-1292 or email us at info@dellmonicocigars.com 

After speaking with us and you are still unsatisfied with your purchase,  you may return your products for a refund. Refunds must be returned within 21 days  of purchase.  To do so, please follow the steps below:

 

1) Contact us for a Return Authorization at (615)852-1292

2) Please pack all unused items in their original packaging along with all manuals, included accessories and enclose a copy of your purchase receipt that was emailed to you. If you no longer have a copy of the receipt, please include a copy of a proof of purchase like a credit card statement referencing the charge.

3) Ship the return package insured using UPS or Fedex to:

4) Once your item is dispatched, please email us with the tracking number so we have a record of your return shipment.

 

Upon receipt of the package, we will go ahead and issue a refund in the same form that payment was made. Credit cards will receive a credit to their account. Individuals who made payment in the form of a check or money order will receive their refunds by company check.

 

* All merchandise returned to us for a refund must be unused and in its original packaging. Basically, we must receive all merchandise exactly as you received it. Please do not write directly on the packaging. The box must not have any marks on it other than the shipping label. If the above requirements are not met, a refund will not be issued or a restocking fee may be applied. In the rare instance you receive an incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately to arrange for an exchange.  Again, returned/exchanged merchandise must be in its original packaging as it was received. Dellmonico Premium Cigars reserves the right to repair or replace defective or damaged items based on its discretion.

 

Please Note: Customers are responsible for covering the "to" & "return" shipping costs unless the product is deemed/signed damaged upon arrival.
